Payment modes:

Online banking

After placing your order click on the preferred banking link which will refer you to the chosen bank: Swedbank, SEB, SAMPO or NORDEA. Log in with your user name and password. You will see a pre-filled payment order showing the amount to be paid for the products you ordered from www.pizzakuller.ee. Confirm or cancel the payment order.

Cash on delivery

After submitting your order click at ”Cash on delivery”. In this case you will pay the delivery driver in cash.

Privacy

The personal data of Pizzakuller’s customers entered during visiting Pizzakuller eShop and purchasing products shall be treated as confidential, except when the delivery driver requires the customer’s name, phone number and delivery address or in other cases stipulated by law. By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, the customer will be included automatically in the list of recipients of Pizzakuller’s newsletter. If you do not wish to receive the newsletter, there is a link at the bottom of each newsletter for that purpose.

Data protection

The encrypted data connection with banks will ensure the security of the customer’s personal data and bank information. Pizzakuller eShop will have no access to these data.

Terms and conditions for Pizzakuller eShop and placing of orders

  1. Scope and validity of the Terms and Conditions
    1.1. These Terms and Conditions shall cover the legal relations entered into as a result of purchasing products in Pizzakuller eShop, between any person and the sales environment www.pizzakuller.ee, CP Group OÜ, registration number 11714613, address K. Türnpu 17-1, Tallinn, Harjumaa 10121, Estonia.
    1.2. In addition to these Terms and Conditions, the legal relations entered into as a result of purchasing products in Pizzakuller eShop shall be regulated by the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.
    1.3. CP Group OÜ reserves the right to change and complement these Terms and Conditions and the price list, in the interest of improving the functioning of the eShop and ensuring a better and more secure online purchase environment. Any changes and additions to the Terms and Conditions and the price list shall be published online at www.pizzakuller.ee and shall come in force upon their publishing at www.pizzakuller.ee. If the customer placed his/her order before the Terms and Conditions were changed, the legal relations between the customer and CP Group OÜ shall be covered by the Terms and Conditions valid at the time the customer’s order was placed, unless provided otherwise in law or in these Terms and Conditions.
    1.4 Pizzakuller eShop is open every day from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Customers can make orders at other times by phone. Pizzakuller’s phone number is +372 56 66 77 88.
  2. Prices
    2.1. All the prices include 20% VAT.
  3. Placing an order
    3.1. Customers can place different products in the shopping cart. It is also possible to change the quantity. To confirm the changes “Refresh shopping cart” should be clicked. For placing the final order “Checkout” should be clicked. Customers shall then be referred to the page of customer’s data.
    3.2. Customers should take care when entering their personal data and confirming their order because the quick and smooth delivery of the desired products will depend on how precise and correct this information is.
    3.4. A sales contract shall be considered to be concluded (shall enter into force) when the sum to be paid according to the order confirmation has arrived on the bank account of CP Group OÜ.
  4. Payment
    4.1. To make a payment, the preferred mode of payment at the page where the order is placed should be chosen.
    4.2. The available payment modes are:
    1) online banking (Swedbank, SEB, Nordea Pank and Danske Bank – please use the corresponding link);
    2) cash on delivery – by clicking at “Payment in cash” on the page where the order is placed. The customer shall receive an e-mail confirming the order together with an invoice;
    4) credit card.
    4.3. An order shall be cancelled if the amount due is not received without two hours.
    4.4. In case an order is cancelled or a purchased product is returned, the purchase price shall be returned by the payment mode which was chosen when the order was placed:
    1) amounts paid via online banking shall be transferred to the bank account from which the amount was transferred;
    2) for a payment made by a credit card, a request to cancel the transaction shall be submitted to the Card Payment Centre;
    3) payments made in cash shall be settled on the spot.
  5. Delivery
    5.1. After the contract has entered into force (Section 3.4 of the Terms and Conditions), the products shall be delivered to the customer by using the contact phone number he/she entered when placing the order. The delivery may take two hours at the maximum.
    5.2. If the delivery time is longer than usual, the customer shall be informed by phone. This may be the case during the rush hour when it is impossible for the delivery driver to reach the destination on time. A delivery may be late also due to a higher number of orders than usual.
  6. Cancelling an order
    6.1. The customer shall have the right to cancel his/her order after making a payment but before the delivery. NB! As a rule, online orders are submitted to a pizza restaurant right after the order was placed. Because of that, cancelling shall be possible only for those orders which have not yet been submitted to a pizza restaurant.
    6.2. Two-step cancelling: 1) call Pizzakuller at +372 56 66 777 88 and 2) send an e-mail to info@pizzakuller.ee with the cancelling request, showing the number of the order and the bank account number.
  7. Return of products not meeting the requirements
    7.1. CP Group OÜ shall be responsible for products which do not meet the requirements and for deficiencies appearing within 20 minutes from the delivery of the product.
    7.2. CP Group OÜ shall not be responsible:
    1) for any deterioration of / damage to the product which the customer is accountable for;
    2) any deficiencies arising from an irregular use of the product;
    3) normal tear and wear of the product upon its normal physical use.
    7.3. If a product does not meet the requirements or has deficiencies, the customer shall have the right to request that it be replaced by a product meeting the requirements and without deficiencies or waive his/her order and return the product not meeting the requirements at the expense of CP Group OÜ.
    7.4. If a product which does not meet the requirements is returned, the amount the customer paid for the product (together with the delivery price) shall be transferred to the bank account indicated by the customer at the latest within 14 days from the day the notice on waiver of the order and returning the product was received.
  8. Liability and force majeure
    8.1. CP Group OÜ shall be liable for any damage caused to the customer and the customer shall be liable for any damage caused to CP Group OÜ as a result of breaching these Terms and Conditions in the cases and to the extent provided for in the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.
    8.2. CP Group OÜ shall not be responsible for damage caused to the customer or a late delivery of the products if the damage or late delivery is due to circumstances which CP Group OÜ was not able to influence and the arrival of which CP Group OÜ did not or could not foresee (force majeure).
  9. Other conditions
    9.1. The personal data of Pizzakuller’s customers entered during visiting Pizzakuller eShop and purchasing products shall be treated as confidential. The encrypted data connection with banks shall ensure the security of the customer’s personal data and bank information. Pizzakuller eShop shall have no access to these data.
    9.2. Any matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions shall be covered by the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.
    9.3. Any disputes between the customer and CP Group OÜ concerning the ordering and purchasing of products through Pizzakuller eShop shall be settled by negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the customer can address the Consumer Disputes Committee of the Estonian Consumer Protection Board or Tallinn City Court. A consumer may file a complaint himself/herself or through a representative. The settlement of disputes shall be covered by the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.

Pizzakuller reserves the right to waive a sale if the sale is related to any of the following problems: a human error has occurred when entering the price or there is a technical error in the system (e.g. if a pizza costing 15 euros is suddenly shown for a price of 1.5 euros, it is clearly a mistake. We presume that the customer should understand in such cases that it is a mistake and the product will not be sold for this price).
    10.4. Product information is checked and improved regularly. Information may have been changed after the customer’s last visit. Due to the fact that producers’ data cards are not always exact there might be some deficiencies in the product information shown on Pizzakuller eShop page. In such cases, Pizzakuller shall not bear responsibility for the correctness of product information. We suggest to check the exactness of product information before making a purchase at our client service number +372 56 66 77 88.
